HR Officer
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated HR Officer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and school operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and labor regulations.
- Support staff development, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
