Enrolment Procedures & Online Application

We evaluate each student’s application on an individual basis. Admission is finalized after a thorough review of submitted documents, completion of an admission assessment, and payment of applicable fees.

Important Note:

All students admitted to Yenepoya International School must reside with their parents or an authorized adult guardian. If a student does not live with a parent, the school administration will review the situation and determine if a waiver can be granted.

Timeline for the Yenepoya International School Admission Process

2nd Week of March
YIS begins accepting applications. Only complete applications will be scheduled for assessment.

2nd Week of April
Admission assessments for siblings of current students, waitlist candidates, and staff children. Assessments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Decisions will be communicated via email within 7 business days.

4th Week of April
Admission assessments for all other applicants. Decisions will be communicated via email within 7 business days.

May - August
Ongoing admission assessments for all applicants. Decisions will be communicated via email within 7 business days.

NOTE

Yenepoya International School may close applications for specific grades as they reach capacity. If this occurs, applicants scheduled for testing will be notified, and any fees paid will be refunded.

Enrolment Application Requirements

The following documents MUST be submitted with your application:

A fully completed application form with all required signatures.
Photocopies of academic report cards for the previous three years (current year + last two years) in English or Arabic.
Report cards must be attested. Please follow the attestation guidelines based on your application type.

Note: Submission of the application form and documents does not guarantee admission to Yenepoya International School.
